Option 1: Contact Your Local Specialist

If your project has been pending for a while, this is the fastest way to follow up.

1. Click "About Us" at the top of any page in JustServe, then select the "Contact Us" option. 
2. Include with a brief message with:
   • Your project name and URL.
   • A request for a status update or context if an approval needs to be made quickly.
   • Fill out any other required fields and submit the form. 

What Happens Next? Your message goes directly to the specialist assigned to your area - the same person reviewing your project. This is based on the form's Country and City fields.
