If you are the one who submitted the project, you are able to edit the project until it's been approved by your local JustServe specialist (see steps below.) The 'Under Review' banner will disappear once the project has been approved which takes between 0-13 days. If you need to make changes after it has been approved, please reach out to your local JustServe specialist* so they can make those changes. Keep in mind that your project is live the moment you submitted it, even if it has not yet been approved.
Note: If you are an administrator, you can edit the project anytime.
To edit a project, which you can only do when the "Project Under Review" banner appears, follow these steps:
- Sign in at: https://justserve.org/
- Select your name in the top right corner and select My Dashboard from the drop-down menu.
- It will default to the My Active Projects page and show all projects you manage.
- Select the pencil icon next to the project you would like to edit.
- Follow the four steps, edit as needed.
- Select the Post To Website button at the bottom of the final step.
- The Project Posted page will appear with the URL and icons to share the project.

Megan Avery - how do I become an admin? I need to delete a project that was published accidentally. I also need the correct project approved asap if possible. Thank you!
