Whenever a project is created on JustServe, it will show a 'Project Under Review' banner while it awaits a review by a JustServe specialist. While under review, the project is 'live' so it can be seen and people can volunteer. Approval takes between 0-13 days.
When the specialist reviews the project, they will make adjustments as needed, and will proceed to approve the project as long as it meets JustServe guidelines. The guidelines can be found here.
If the specialist does not take action within a few days, then the project will escalate to the next available lead and ultimately to headquarters. It will first go to the JustServe stake lead specialist, and if it remains pending for 3 days it will escalate to the coordinating council lead, and after 3 more days to the area lead; from there if it remains pending for 7 days it will be routed to headquarters.
