1. “Application error” or "Save as Draft and try again later" appears after creating projects that you have attached an organization to when first creating it.
Workaround: Set up your project without adding an org initially. After the project posts, edit it and then add the org in Step 1 of the edit project page. Watch this video to see how.
2. As of now there is only one way to add an organization to a Volunteer Center. Here are the steps or watch the video below to see how:
- Go to the org public page.
- Click Endorse.
- In Manage Endorsements for, click drop-down list and select the VC.
- Under Adding an Organization Endorsement, click Endorse.
3. When editing projects, this error message might occur, 'We're sorry, we were unable to save your draft, please try again later". If so, then when an organization is linked to the project, check in Step 1 of the edit project page that the 'authorized to post for this org' is checked.
4. If an organization is not linked to a project OR Step #1 is completed, then post the project and close the browser. Then reopen the browser and check the project to see if the updates were successful.
5. Note: This is not a bug or workaround but we are seeing that some users cannot post projects. It's often because of their profile where something isn't updated, or missing info, etc. So check the profile settings to ensure accuracy or completion.

What happens to a project in a Volunteer Center if it needs to be edited, or the photo needs to be swapped out?
It appears that it will error out. What steps need to be taken after an adjustment?
