Zip Code Won’t Validate

When validating a zip code while editing or creating a project, if the screen remains inactive without any feedback:

• often, it isn't a problem with the zip code; but it's that the country is blank.
• make sure the country information is filled in.
  • The country needs to be filled in prior to the inputting the zip code
