- “Application error” appears after editing/creating projects.
Workaround: Update your ‘country’ in your profile. That may fix the problem, but if not, then send us a message to the Help Desk. (We will check that your account has been ‘activated’ in Manage Users.) - Address not always saving successfully when creating project.
Workaround: Use specific locations/address.

Various bugs with success stories (language, search, etc.)
Workaround: Check language settings to be set for the stories you hope to see. -
Specialist receives email to approve project, specialist unable to find project to approve.
Workaround*: This often was due to the template bug. Now that the template is fixed, this should show up less/not at all. If it happens, please check your Project History to find the project and edit it with the correct date to become active. *Please let us know if this is still occurring. -
CC and Stake specialists cannot reassign organizations.
Workaround: In the meantime, contact the Help Center to reassign the organizations. -
Search not displaying projects in some countries based on local zip codes.
Workaround: Use the city and state OR state and country (use two options).
