Creating an organization page has lots of benefits! This lets you manage and maintain your projects, and keep projects connected to your organization instead of an individual. This opens opportunity for multiple admin to maintain projects together, and for people to find all your projects from your organization page on JustServe.
Getting Started
There are two ways to create an organization on JustServe, depending on your role:
- Specialists: You can create the organization directly using the steps below.
- Organizations: Contact your local JustServe specialist and provide your organization name and preferred URL to get started. They'll reach out to get you up and running!
Note: Your organization URL cannot be changed later. Also, the lead org admin approves projects for the organization - if there is only one admin, you are the lead.
What You’ll Need
- Organization name and contact details
- A preferred URL
Solution (Specialists)
- Click your name (top-right), select Administration, open Manage Organizations, then click + add organization (or go here).
- Enter the organization name, submit it, then set and confirm the URL.
- Add required details: description, location (verify address), and a contact name, phone, and email.
- Optionally add images, a website, and social links, then click Create.
