How do I Edit a Project that is Owned by Someone Else?

Getting Started

This article answers how to find a project that is owned by someone else in an organization. Admin and project owners can use this to then edit, reassign or otherwise manage their projects.

What you'll need

• Read "How Do I Search Through My Projects?" prior to reading this article. 
• Some time on your hands

Solution

Project owners and admin can select the three dots on the left of the table (⋮) to open a context menu. See instructions on searching projects to see what projects from your org and ownership are included.

This context menu includes options to:

• Edit *Navigates to the Project Wizard
• Reassign Project Opens prompt to trasfer project ownership to another JustServe account
• Link Organization Opens prompt to link the project to an organization
• Change Project Status between Active, On Hold or Cancelled
  • This window also allows you to list or unlist a project
• Delete Project Opens prompt to delete project
• Add Success Story *Navigates to Success Story Creation Wizard
• View/Email Volunteers *Navigates to the project's volunteer page
• View/Download QR Code Opens prompt with QR code download and link to project
