Manage Users

 Manage Users is a tool found within the "Administration" tab. It's main purposes are to allow specialists to find and help other specialists within their rights and boundaries (ex. A coordinating council specialist will be able to see all stake specialists within her coordinating council boundaries). Within Manage Users, regional specialists can see and manage projects, templates, drafts, and organizations that are owned by more localized specialists. They can also update boundaries and rights for their local specialists on this page.
