My organization needs to change its boundaries so that we can post projects to new cities
Solution
Organization boundaries are not directly assigned to an organization. Rather, organizations inherit the boundaries of its lead administrator. With that in mind, We'd need to edit the lead administrator's boundaries and rights in order to change an organization's boundaries.
If you are the lead admin for an org and you need your boundaries changed, reach out to us in the help center and we can get you squared away with newly added boundaries. Otherwise feel free to contact your local specialist who can also do this for you.

Following your directions, the page does not give me the option of selecting a county different from the one that has already been pre-assigned to my administrative role.

You bring up a great point in that you're unable to change your own boundaries. I can get you set up with added boundaries in no time, Please reach out to me via the ‘report a concern’ form or email me at Serve@JustServe.org with the new counties you'd like added to your boundaries and rights. Otherwise your local specialist can also do this for you.
