An organization admin can post projects on behalf of the organization to which they are connected. An organization admin must have JustServe account permissions in order to manage the organization projects, webpage, and success stories.
An organization admin may only manage one organization at a time. They may have more than one civic boundary. (Note: If they want to manage more than one organization, they'll need to create a separate account for each organization.)
An organization can have multiple administrators, but only one lead administrator. Organization admins may add additional admins. They may add as many as needed.
An organization admin cannot create organization pages. A JustServe representative will onboard an organization by creating the organization page, adding the organization admin rights, and training the organization admin(s) on the system and JustServe Guidelines. Once those steps have been completed, the organization admin will now be able to edit and manage their organization page and projects.
In summary, organization admins can manage their organization pages, projects, success stories, and administrators within their organization. They may also remove or add administrators within their organization.
Lead Organization Admins
The lead organization admin is the main point of contact for the organization. They have all the same permissions and responsibilities as the other organization admins. Their name is what is displayed in the admin tree.
If an organization would like to be linked to another organization, they request an 'endorsement' from their organization page. This request will go to the lead organization admin who would be notified, review the request, and then approve/decline it. If approved, both organization projects will be displayed on the same webpage. Some examples would be large organizations with multiple locations, disaster response, or national days of service.

Once a lead administrator has been set for an organisation how do they access the “administration” page on JustServe? Will this option appear in the drop down menu from their name or under their dashboard? If so, how long does it take?
