How To Login with Facebook

Getting Started

If you’re new to JustServe, returning after a long time, or unsure how you signed in before, you may be confused on how to sign in to JustServe!

Important to know:

• Facebook can only be used to sign in if you originally signed up with Facebook.
• If your account was created with an email and password, Facebook sign‑in will not work.
• Facebook sign‑in cannot be added later to an existing account.

What you’ll need

• Access to the email address you originally used to sign up, or
• The sign‑in method you originally chose (email/password or Facebook)

Solution

Facebook sign‑in only works if your account was created with Facebook. If you're new to JustServe, click the "Sign in with Facebook" option on the sign in page. This will both register your account and sign you in to JustServe.

If Facebook sign-in fails, this means that your Facebook account wasn't originally used when registering your account on JustServe. Follow prompts on the sign in page to reset your password to get access to your account again

If you’re still unable to sign in, contact JustServe support for help accessing your account.
