Keeping track of your volunteer hours is important - whether for personal reflection, reporting, or meeting service goals. JustServe provides a simple way to view your service record, but understanding what the hours mean is key. Here’s how to get started.
Getting Started
If you’ve volunteered through JustServe and want to see your hours, you can do so directly from your account dashboard. This process is quick and accessible from any device with internet access.
What You’ll Need
- A JustServe account (make sure you’re logged in)
- Internet access and a browser
- Basic knowledge of the projects you’ve signed up for (to verify your attendance)
Solution
Follow these steps to view your service hours:
-
Log in to JustServe
Go to JustServe.org and sign in using your account credentials. -
Navigate to ‘My Dashboard’
Once logged in, click on your name or profile icon in the top-right corner. Select “My Dashboard” from the dropdown menu. -
Click on ‘Record of Service’
Inside your dashboard, locate and click on the “Record of Service” section on the left-hand side. This is where your volunteer history is stored. -
Review Your Hours and Projects
You’ll see a list of all the projects you’ve signed up for, along with the hours associated with each.
Important: The hours listed reflect the scheduled time for each project—not necessarily the time you were present. If you didn’t attend or left early, the hours may not be accurate unless the organizer updated them.
Final Tip
To ensure your record is accurate:
- Keep a personal log of your service.
- Confirm your attendance with project organizers.
- Reach out if you notice discrepancies.
