Getting Started
Managing projects in JustServe often involves linking them with the right organizations. Whether you're setting up a new project or updating an existing one, linking an organization ensures proper connection and visibility.
What You'll Need
- Access to your JustServe Account
- The name of the project being linked
- The name of the Organization being linked
- Familiarity with your "My Dashboard"
The Solution: Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log In
- Go to JustServe.org and log into your account.
- Click on “My Dashboard.”
Step 2: Open Manage Projects
- On the left-hand menu, select “Manage Projects.”
Step 3: Search for Your Project
- You may see filters like:
Project Status: Active- Your email address
Tip: If you can't find your project, remove these filters and search using the project name in quotes.
Example:
- Use the Project Title filter.
- Type
"Dish Out Goodness"and click Search.
Step 4: Access Project Options
- Once the project appears, click the three dots to the left of the project name.
Step 5: Link the Organization
- Select “Link Organization.”
- Use the search bar to find the organization.
- If it exists in the JustServe system, it will show up.
- Select the organization from the list.
Step 6: Save Your Changes
- Click Save to finalize the link.
You're all Set!
You organization is now successfully linked to your project.

The easiest way to link a project to an organization is step 1 of project creation/edit (which gets its own separate step in the pre-release project editor). Add the expected behavior for org admin project approval to this article (i.e. What happens if an org admin submits a project which is not tied to their organization?)
