Bug Fixes:
1. Manage Projects page - When you reassign a project to someone else, the window that pops up will show no one so that you can search for who you want to reassign to.
Improvements:
1. When reassigning multiple projects, only one email is sent that lists all the projects that you have reassigned. (An email goes to you, the original project owner, and the new project owner.)
2. Manage Projects Page - Your dashboard will only show active projects and no longer shows drafts and templates since those are found under their own menus.
3. Manage Projects Page - Quick searches for active projects, templates, drafts, and projects expiring soon will display correctly.
4. Manage Projects Page - After reassigning one or more projects you will no longer see that project in your list of projects.
